Maurice Joppe

Maurice Joppe is a lawyer with a finely-honed commercial instinct who always keeps his eye on his client’s business interests. His academic background and interests enable him to be an effective sparring partner when it comes to the junction of technology and law.

Maurice specialises in the contractual implications and aspects of intellectual property law, commercial law, e-commerce, privacy and ICT law. Maurice has extensive experience with (international) transactions. He regularly advises and litigates cases involving commercial contracts and issues.

Maurice studied Healthcare Technology before completing a research Master degree in Business and Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands, specialising in Insolvency and commercial law. Maurice commenced his legal career at Houthoff Buruma in 2011 and has worked at Le Poole Bekema since 2015.
